Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the AI Smart Screen service at this address: connecting a screen, signing in and using it through an AI app. They were last updated on 11 October 2026.
Who provides the service
AI Smart Screen is run by Gábor Eifert (Hungary); contact: contact@duellab.org. Privacy and data explains what is stored and your rights.
A free beta
The service is a free beta. It may change, be limited, be interrupted or end at any time, and new sign-ups may pause. It keeps no backups: hosted pages, values and accounts can be lost, while your phone keeps its own copy of what it shows. Do not rely on it for anything important, such as safety, health or emergency information.
Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old. Use only your own sign-in and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for the screens you connect and for what your AI apps do with your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service only lawfully. Do not use it to show or collect content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others, to watch or record people without their knowledge, to harass anyone, or to collect other people's personal data without a legal basis. Do not attack, overload, probe or try to get around the service's limits and security, and do not create accounts in bulk or by automated means.
Your content
You keep your rights in what your AI shows on your screens and what you enter there. You allow the service to store and send it only as needed to run the service. It is not read except to operate and secure the service or when the law requires it.
AI apps and other services
The AI apps you connect, and the sign-in providers you use, are separate services under their own terms. The operator is not responsible for what they send to your screen.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time (Delete your account). The operator may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and may end the beta; where possible you will be told in advance.
Liability
The service is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost profit or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intentional or grossly negligent breach or for harm to life, body or health, and nothing affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the new version and its date appear on this page, and important changes are announced in advance where possible. These terms are governed by the law of Hungary; if you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live also apply.
